Refund Policy

  • At Next Craft Studio, our commitment is to achieve total customer satisfaction. Our Revision Policy enables you to refine your initial design brief at no additional cost through your account area, giving you access to unlimited revisions.

    Next Craft Studio is committed to delivering creative services to the Client as outlined in the proposal, estimate, or contract. We will strive to provide these services promptly and professionally, adhering to industry best practices.

    In case of any billing errors, failure to meet your specific design requirements, or an inability to complete your design order according to our delivery policy, we will refund the full amount.

    If you find yourself unsatisfied with any design services provided by Next Craft Studio, you can submit a refund request within five days of completing your initial designs. However, if we do not receive a refund request within five days of the initial design delivery, it will be assumed that you are content with the designs. This refund policy applies to both single-design packages and special/combo packages.

    Refunds will be processed per the following guidelines:

    • If a refund request is submitted before the order delivery, you will be eligible for a full refund with a 10% service and processing fee deduction.
    • If a refund request is made within 48 hours of receiving the initial design delivery, you will be eligible for a 66% refund after deducting a 10% service and processing fee.
    • If a refund request is made between 48-120 hours after receiving the initial design delivery, you will be eligible for a 33% refund after deducting a 10% service and processing fee.
    • No refund requests will be accepted after 120 hours of receiving the initial design delivery. However, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately if you have any concerns, as we are committed to achieving 100% customer satisfaction.
    • If no action is taken by the customer after the delivery of the initial concept (48 hours) or the revised concept (72 hours), it will be considered complete satisfaction with the designs.
  • How to Claim a Refund

    All refund requests should be directed to our support department. Next Craft Studio reserves the right to approve or disapprove refund requests on a case-by-case basis, considering any violations of your user agreement.

    To initiate your refund request, please follow these steps:

    • Contact us via phone, chat, or email, clearly stating your concern and requesting a refund.
    • We will first try to address your concern through our revision policy. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, our refund department will email you regarding your refund request.

    After the refund is processed, Next Craft Studio will acquire the design rights, and you will no longer have any direct or indirect rights to display any version of the design provided by our company. It's important to note that you will not retain any ownership or usage rights to the design or its content.

    In collaboration with Government Copyright Agencies, Next Craft Studio will share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs, ensuring that they cannot be reused as original designs in the future.
